  • By using NGarage’s bus booking system, you agree to these terms.
  • If you do not accept, please refrain from using the service.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Book only via the official NGarage platform.
  • Pay using available methods (cards, UPI, Stripe, or Cash at Entry).
  • Ticket pricing varies by bus type, route, and demand.

3. Ticket Confirmation

  • Confirmation and e-ticket (PDF) are sent via email after payment.
  • Ensure correct contact details during booking.

4. Seat Selection

  • Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Seat location is not guaranteed unless selected and confirmed.

5. Discounts and Offers

  • Promotional offers are limited and may have specific terms.
  • Only one discount code may be applied per booking.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Tickets can be canceled before the deadline shown in the booking.
  • Stripe refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • No refund will be issued after the cutoff time.

7. Delays and Service Changes

  • NGarage is not liable for delays caused by external factors.
  • Schedule or route changes will be notified in advance.

8. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Arrive 15 minutes before departure with a valid ID and ticket.
  • Disruptive behavior may result in denied boarding without a refund.

9. Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the journey.
  • NGarage's liability is limited to the ticket price in case of issues.

10. Privacy

  • Your data is securely stored and used only for service-related needs.

11. Modifications to Terms

  • We may change these terms anytime without notice.
  • Continuing to use the service means you accept the changes.

Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection

  • We collect your name, email, phone number, and booking details for service fulfillment.
  • Payment details are securely processed by third-party services like Stripe.

2. Use of Information

  • We use your data to provide booking services, support, and confirmations via email/SMS.
  • Analytics may be used to improve our platform experience.

3. Data Sharing

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information.
  • We may share data with trusted partners only to complete your booking (e.g., payment gateway).

Ticket Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

  • Tickets can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • No cancellations are allowed within 2 hours of departure.

2. Refund Policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for tickets cancelled more than 24 hours before departure.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 2 and 24 hours before departure.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 2 hours before departure or after the bus has departed.

3. How to Cancel

  • Login to your NGarage account and visit the 'My Bookings' section.
  • Click on the ticket you'd like to cancel and select the "Cancel Ticket" option.
  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Special Conditions

  • Tickets booked with promotional discounts or coupons may not be eligible for full refunds.
  • NGarage reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
